I ordered flowers from Send Smiles to a friend. The company emailed me that the area where I was delivering was not covered in their distribution. They went out of their way to find another florist deliver the same order I placed with Send Smiles. They went above and beyond to make sure my friend got her flowers, which she said were beautiful. I am grateful to them for all they did to get my order to where it was supposed to go. I recommend Send Smiles. It's a wonderful company.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day in advance. The day comes and they deliver it to the wrong house. Luckily I was able to find it. Unfortunately it was not like the photo and the arrangement was missing roses. Extremely disappointing. Customer service was helpful and gave a small refund but the arrangement was not worth $60+ (after refund) for 2 roses and filler flowers. There arrangement was empty in some places too compared to the photo online. I will not be using this business again.

I ordered around $700 worth of flowers for my father’s memorial service. He was retired Navy and I was assured that th flowers in their Sacred Duty spray would be available to create the wreath and accompanying flower arrangement. When the flowers were delivered, they were not anything like what was discussed or ordered. They didn’t even match the red white and blue striped bow on the wreath. I called immediately and was told there didn’t have the flowers in stock, even thought they assured me they did. Nobody bothered to call me and let me know so I could select another option. This was the last thing I needed to deal with when the family was grieving. The customer service agent said they would reach out in two days to refund a portion of the cost. Again, nobody has bothered to reach out to me. I would never order flowers from this company again. The customer service and their utter lack of response is nonexistent. And to not even call when they knew they didn’t have the flowers I ordered in stock? For a memorial service ? Shame on them. Zero stars if possible.

Really sweet people working there and they were able to accommodate a very, VERY last-minute request for a corsage. The corsage looked great and was not too expensive, so I appreciate all that they could do given the time crunch. Will definitely use them again in the future!

I ordered 2 dozen multicolored roses for my sister in Reston VA on 1/9/25, to cheer her up after surgery. She loved them as they arrived beautifully arranged and so fresh. She also liked that the lilac ones were fragrant. They came overnight as promised, no hidden fees, and the arrangement was identical to the website photo. Send Smiles is simply amazing. I have even had them deliver out of their delivery area, via FedEx, and still perfection. It has totally taken the stress out of ordering flowers. Can’t get Google to put the images in the proper order, so just go by captions! First day is last.
